摘要
新鲜蒙椴树叶,用95%乙醇浸泡提取,提取液浓缩后用石油醚萃取.经TLC,硅胶柱层析及紫外光谱检测,证明蒙椴树叶中至少含有四种黄酮类化合物.
The fresh leaves of T.Mongolia were soaked in 95% EtOH.The solution were concentrated first,dissolved in 70% EtOH and then extracted in petroleum ether.The extracts was analysed by column chromatography and TLC.The results indicated that the leaves of T.Mongolia contain at least four kinds of flavonoids constituents.
