摘要
以传统的硅单质法制备硅溶胶 ,采用无皂法齐聚物表面改性的方法 ,制备了粒度为 10~ 2 0nm的纳米硅酸钠水分散液 .并以纳米硅酸钠、马来酸酐和丙烯酸为主要原料 ,合成出了一种价格低廉、性能优良的无机纳米粒子 有机高聚物复合无磷助洗剂 ,研究了纳米粒子制备技术、表面改性技术等因素对助洗剂性能的影响 .
Silicon sol was prepared by traditional silicon metho d, and Na 2SiO 3 nanoparticles (size in 10~20?nm) aqueous dispersion was prepa red with its surface modified by oligomer with soap-free polymerization. With n anosized sodium silicate, maleic anhydride and acrylate as major materials, a ne w type of inorganic-organic complex nonphosphate detergent builder with low cos t and good properties was prepared in the following.The study of properties of t he builder influenced by the preparation and the surface-modifying processes of the nanoparticles was made.
