茯苓的体外抑菌作用研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的 :探讨茯苓体外抑菌作用。方法 :用 K- B纸片扩散法 1 0 0 %茯苓浸出液滤纸片对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、炭疽杆菌、大肠杆菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌抑菌作用进行了研究。结果 :茯苓对以上细菌均有抑菌作用。结论 Objective: To research on the in vitro growth inhibition effect of PCW on bacteria. Methods: K B paper was dispersed with original solution and the circular filter paper was presoaked with 100% PCW water extract and observed the effect on the following bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albicans, P. aeruginosa , B. anthacis, E.coli, α hemolytic streptococcus, β hemolytic streptococcus. Results: PCW had obvious effect of in vitro growth inhibition on bacteria.Conclusion:PCW has significant in vitro effect of growth inhibition on bacteria
