摘要
目的探讨厚朴的体外抑菌作用。方法用K-B纸片扩散法。100%厚朴浸出液滤纸片对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌抑菌作用进行研究。结果厚朴对以上细菌均有明显抑菌作用。结论厚朴在体外有明显的抑菌作用。
Objective To study the in vitro growth - inhibitory effect of MOR on bacteria. Methods K - B paper dispersion method was used and the paper was presoaked with 100% MOR water extract . We observed the inhibitory effect of circular filter paper pieces of MOR on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis,P, aeruginosa, E. coli,S, typhi, α - hemolytic streptococcus, β - hemolytic streptococcus. Results The herb had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria. Conclusion MOR has significant effect of growth inhibition in vitro on bacteria.
