摘要
用失重法和电化学方法研究了La3+与NO3-对铝的缓蚀作用。研究表明:铝在加有La3+的盐酸介质中,腐蚀受到轻微抑制,并且La3+浓度对铝缓蚀的影响不显著。而若盐酸溶液中同时存在有La3+与NO3-,铝的腐蚀则大大地受到抑制,表面覆盖度与缓蚀剂浓度的关系符合Langmuir等温吸附方程,动电位极化实验表明La3+与NO3-主要抑制了铝腐蚀的阴极反应,La3+与NO3-的存在与否并没改变H+阴极放电的机理。不同浓度HCl介质中,La3+与NO3-在相同腐蚀时间下对铝的缓蚀率不同;在一定浓度HCl介质中,La3+与NO3-在不同腐蚀时间下对铝的缓蚀率亦不同。
The corrosion inhibition of La3+ and NO3- on the corrosion of aluminum in hydrochloric acid was investigated by using weight loss method and electrochemical method. It was found that the corrosion of aluminum is slightly inhibited by the presence of La3+ and the effect of the concentration of La3+ on the corrosion of aluminum is dramatically suppressed when the hydrochloric acid solution in the presence of La3+ and NO3-. And the relationship between the coverage and the concentration of inhibitor accords with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Potentiodynamic polarization studies show that La3+ and NO3- mainly inhibite the cathodic reaction of aluminum, and the constancy of cathodic slope might indicate that the mechanism of H+ discharge reaction do not change by addition of La3+ and NO3- to hydrochloric acid solution. It is also found that the inhibition efficiencies of La3+ and NO3- for aluminum are different in various concentrations of hydrochloric acid, and the inhibition efficiencies of La3+ and NO3- for aluminum are also different in the certain concentration of hydrochloric acid with different corrosion time.
