客户关系管理、网络营销是当前企业赢得市场和客户的重要手段 .本文在探讨客户关系管理和网络营销的基本原理和方法的基础上 ,探讨了两者集成的概念、方法和支撑手段 .
Customer relationship management (CRM) and network marketing are the important methods to occupy and keep up with markets. Based on discussion of the principles and methods of CRM and network marketing, the concepts, methods and supporting techniques of integrating them are proposed in this paper.
