摘要
企业集群是当今中小企业发展的新方向 ,大规模定制正在成为主流生产模式 .本文探讨了企业集群的特点 ,大规模定制与中小企业集群的关系 ,集群内的专业化分工问题 ,基于企业集群的大规模定制生产的特点等问题 .
Enterprise cluster is a new direction for development of minitype and medium\|sized enterprises nowadays. Mass customization is gradually becoming a mainstream production form. Some problems about enterprise cluster, development of minitype and medium\|size enterprise cluster and mass customization, specialization in divided the work inside enterprise cluster and mass customization production of enterprise cluster are discussed.
