猴头菌制备物的抑菌活性研究 被引量:13

A STUDY ON THE ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITIES OF HERICIUM ERINACEUS PREPARATIONS

摘要 对猴头菌制备物(猴头菌子实体制备液、猴头菌深层培养物以及猴头菌多糖)的抑菌活性进行了实验比较,结果表明各种猴头菌制备物对细菌、酵母菌和霉菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中猴头菌培养滤液的抑菌作用最强,其次是子实体制备液,猴头菌多糖抑菌范围较窄,但对金黄色葡萄球菌和青霉的抑制作用却很强. A study has been done on the antimicrobial activities of Hericium erinaceus prepared liquid and the submerged cultures as well as the polysaccharide, the results of which showed that all these are of different antimicrobial activities respectively. Among them the culture filtrate of Hericium erinaceus has the highest antimicrobial activities, and the prepared liquid the kernel body the second, but the polysaccharide of Hericium erinaceus has obvious inhibition effects on Staphalococcus aureus and Penicillium chrysogenum.
