摘要
实现旅游业的市场化和产业化已成为社会各界的共识 ,明确营销主体则是实现这一共识的前提 ,而这一过程的实现 ,政府起着主导和推动作用。为实现旅游业的产业化和市场化 ,黑龙江省应根据目标市场的区别和不同旅游产品的不同成长期 ,结合高科技手段 ,正确有效地制定旅游产品的营销策略。
It is widely realized that toruism must be marketed and industrialized. It's premise is to establish the marketing subject, in which the government plays a leading and pushing-forward role. To improve the tourist industry, Heilongjiang province ought to make effective marketing measures based on the differences of target markets and integration of technology into tourist products.
