关系营销是适应现代市场经济发展的一种新的理念,也是企业做好经营工作的一种新思路。本文就其概念、方法、企业内部工作要求,实施策略等方面进行论述。
The relational marketing is a new concept emerged as the requirement of the development of modern market economy and is also a new idea for the enterprise in the business management. This paper is focused on the concept, method, inner work request and implementation strategy of the relational marketing.
