摘要
1999～2001年,采用室内生测和田间小区试验相结合的方法,在秋甘蓝上进行了20％苦皮藤乳油防治菜青虫药效试验。结果表明,应用苦皮藤乳油防治秋甘蓝二代菜青虫适宜的使用浓度为1000mg/L,施药时期以二至三龄防效最高。苦皮藤乳油混配不同比例的Bt均表现出一定的增效作用,苦皮藤乳油400mg/L混Bt100mg/L防治效果达80.5％。
Studies on KPT EC(20% ) controlling of cabbage insect in autum cabbage by the way of combining indoor test with field experiment in 1999 - 2001. Showed that the right concentration of KPT EC controlling of the second generation of cabbage insect in summer cabbage is 1 000 mg/ L. As for KPT EC applying time, KPT EC could get highest controlling effect when it was applied on 2 - 3 instar insect.
