摘要
采用 5种溶剂对苦皮藤假种皮进行了系统提取 ,在灵敏的活性追踪指导下 ,分别从苦皮藤假种皮体积分数 2 5 %和 5 0 %的乙醇提取物中分离、鉴定了 4个化合物 :卫矛醇 (化合物 )、1α,2 α,4β,6 β,8α,9β,13-七羟基 -二氢沉香呋喃 (化合物 )、9β-苯甲酰氧基 - 1α,8β,13-三乙酰氧基 -二氢沉香呋喃 (化合物 )、β-谷甾醇 (化合物 ) ;其中化合物 有杀菌活性 ,化合物 有杀虫活性 ,化合物 为在苦皮藤中首次分离鉴定。
Chinese bittersweet (Celastrus angulatus Max.) is a traditional botanical insecticidal plant and distributes in most areas of China.More attentions are being paid to its insectical components in root bark,leaves and seed,while little is known about active components in its arils.Two compounds were isolated from the arils of Celatrus angulatus by bioassay-guided isolation.Their structrues were determined as dulcitol (Ⅰ),1α,2α,4β,6β,8α,9α,13-heptahydroxy-β-dihydroagarofuran(Ⅱ);β-sitosterol(Ⅲ);9β-benzoxy-1α,8β,13-triacetoxy-β-dihydroagarofuran (Ⅳ).Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fungicidal and insecticidal components,respectively.
