摘要
本文通过对企业文化的内涵和高校后勤企业文化的内涵的界定,以及对企业文化建设在高校后勤工作中的作用的分析,提出了成建制地从学校行政分离出来的后勤经济实体要生存、要发展必须加强企业文化建设,同时阐述了如何塑造适合高校后勤的企业文化。
On the basis of the definition of the content of industrial culture, and LIHL industrial culture, and the assessment of the functions of the establishment of industrial culture in LIHL, the article points out that for the survival and development of logistic economic entity after its systematic separation from the school administration, industrial culture construction should be enhanced. The article also expounds how industrial culture accommodating the conditions of LIHL is shaped.
