摘要
本文重点讨论了企业文化的特征、企业文化建设应遵循的原则以及我国在企业文化构建中存在的一系列问题 ,并提出了如何与我国优秀传统文化相结合 ,建设中国企业文化的几项措施。
The paper emphatically discussed the characteristics of enterprise culture, the principles that shall be followed to establish enterprise culture, and a series of questions existing in the establishment of enterprise culture in China. At the same time, the paper puts forward several countermeasures how to combine with the excellent traditional culture to build enterprise culture of China.
