摘要
应用半导体激光自混频干涉技术,对轴运动时的偏心速度进行了测量。通过对信号进行理论分析与计算,给出了计算方法及实验结果。
A turn axle eccentric velocities is measured by applying self-mixing interference in a diode laser. The experimental results of an investigation of self-mixing effects in diode lasers coupled with a simple theoretical analysis and methods of caculation are presented.
