摘要
采用热动力学方法研究了苯胺在盐酸介质中重铬酸钾化学氧化聚合过程的热动力学.无量纲参数法(DPM)处理结果表明该聚合反应过程呈现一级反应,其速率常数k1=(5.35±0.03)×10-3s-1(299.2K);线性拟合法(LFM)的处理结果亦符合一级反应,其速率常数k1=(5.11±0.04)×10-3s-1(299.2K).可见两种不同处理方法的结果完全吻合,该反应在给定实验条件下的平均反应速度常数k1=(5.23±0.12)×10-3s-1(299.2K).线性拟合法(LFM)比无量纲参数法(DPM)更具有优势,因为它可以有效地克服聚合反应的诱导时间及量热仪的时间滞后等因素对实验结果的影响.
Chemical oxidative polymerization of aniline by potassium dichromate in hydrochloric acid medium was studied by thermokinetic method at 299. 2 K. The results of treatment by the Dimensionless Parameter Method (DPM) show that the polymerization is a first-order reaction and the rate constant is k1 = (5.35 ± 0.03) × 10-3s-1 at 299.2 K. The results of treatment by the Linear Fitting Method (LFM) show that it is also a first-order reaction and the rate constant k1 = (5.11 ± 0.04) × 10-3s-1 at 299.2 K. Thus the two different methods give the same results. The mean rate constant of the polymerization is k1 = (5.23 ± 0.12) × 10-3s-1 at 299.2 K. The LFM has more advantages than the DPM because the LFM can overcome the influence of the induced period of the polymerization and the time delay of the calorimeter on the experimental results.
