摘要
采用sol gel工艺制备了钙钛矿结构的锆钛酸铅压电陶瓷材料 (PZT) ,用先驱体合成法制得了PMS、PZN ,然后以制得的PZT作为基料 ,与PMS、PZN一起合成PMZN压电陶瓷 ,探讨了PZT制备工艺对材料结构和性能的影响 .结果表明 :sol gel法合成PZT粉制备的PMZN系压电陶瓷材料具有机电耦合系数高 ,介质损耗小 ,介电常数与机械品质因数适中等特点 ;sol gel工艺降低了材料的烧结温度 ,改善了材料的介电与压电性能 ,提高了谐振频率 .
PbZr 0.53 Ti 0.47 O 3 piezoelectric perovskite ceramics were prepared by sol gel process, PMS and PZN piezoceramics are prepared by niobite precursor process, and then the PMZN piezoelectric ceramic are prepared based on PZT, PMS and PZN which are obtained from these methods. The influence of the methods on the dielectric and piezoelectric properties is ascertained. The results show that the materials which are prepared by sol gel process have high electromechanical coupling coefficients, low dielectric loss and suitability between dielectric constant and mechanical quality factor.Compared with conventional solid sintering process, the sol gel process exhibits advantages of decreasing sintering temperature, improving dielectric and piezoelectric properties, and increasing resonance frequency.
