摘要
奶源基地建设是我国奶业发展的基础,提高乳品质量需从源头抓起。我国奶源基地建设中存在奶牛饲养规模小、管理落后、产加销经营一体化水平低、社会化服务体系不健全等问题。借鉴发达国家奶源生产的有益经验,提出加强我国奶源基地建设的对策和建议。
Building milk source base is the foundation of the milk industry development. In order to increase the quality of milk product, it is necessary to keep a firm grasp on the origin. There exist some problems in building milk source base in our country, such as small-scale of cow raising, backward management, the low level of selling integration, disamplified socialization service system, and so on. We should use the beneficial experiences of developed countries and raise the countermeasures and enhance the building of milk source base in our country.
