摘要
在福建马尾松优良源区中,采取5株优势木对比法选择优树,并在3个地点营建马尾松实生种子园.遗传测定的结果表明:参试144个家系的胸径、树高、材积、结实等性状的遗传效应均达极显著差异,从马尾松优良种源区中再选择优良单株是有效的.对3个测定点的胸径,树高和材积进行聚类分析,结果把参试的144个家系分为5类,选择前2类速生和较速生类型,平均遗传增益,树高为5.02%,胸径为4.98%,材积为11.97%.对3个测定点的结实性进行综合分析,把参试的家系分为5类,选择前2类为极高产和高产类型,选择的平均遗传增益为5.44%.对生长性状和结实性进行总评价,将144个参试家系分为9类,其中速生高产,速生中产,生长中等高产3种是选择类型,共选择32个优良家系,其选择的平均材积遗传增益为5.87%,结实性平均遗传增益为5.21%.
