摘要
本文通过对24个一年生苦楝半同胞家系子代测定,对其生长性状的遗传变异、性状间的遗传相关进行了研究,主要研究结果如下:苦楝半同胞家系一年生苗的树高和地径不仅在家系水平上存在着极显著的变异,而且家系内个体间也存在着丰富的变异。苦楝苗期性状丰富多样。苗高与地径表型变异系数分别为5.581%、8.147%,地径的表型变异系数大于苗高的表型变异系数,家系间的变异系数大于家系内的变异系数。
Genetic variation of growth traits were studied systematically on 24 progenies of half-sib families of Melia azedarach L.the main results were as follows:The significant or strong significant differences not only were existed among families but also in families.The seedling trait diversity was rich in Melia azedarach L.The CV of seedling height and ground diameter were 5.581% and 8.147%.The phenotypic CV of ground diameter is higher than that of height,and the phenotypic CV among families is higher than that of individual trees.
