摘要
目的 探讨视网膜微血管内皮细胞离子通道特性。方法 膜片钳技术的全细胞记录方式。结果 原代培养牛视网膜微血管内皮细胞的静息膜电位为(-34.711±2.196)mV(n=46),几乎每次记录都发现相似的跨膜外向电流,该电流具有电压依赖性及不失活特性,能被已知的Ca^(2+)激活K^+通道特异性阻抑剂不同程度阻断。结论 在视网膜微血管内皮细胞上存在Ca^(2+)激活K^+通道。
Objective To investigate ion channel character of the bovine retinal microvessels endothelial cells (BREC). Methods Whole-cell recording mode was used to research the membrane potential and membrane current of BREC. Results The special K+ channel blockers were used to identify the types of K+ channels. The resting potential of BREC is - 34.711 ± 2.196mV (n = 46) . The records of transmemebrane current from most cells were similar. The current was voltage-dependent and could be blocked by the known Ca2+ -activated-k+ channel blocker. Conclusions The transmembrane current is composed mostly of BKCa in retinal microvascular endothelium.
