摘要
白内障是致盲的主要原因,其成因至今还不十分清楚。现已发现晶状体细胞膜上存在很多种类型的离子通道,这些离子通道对维持晶状体的透明至关重要。膜片钳技术的广泛应用极大推动了人们对离子通道的认识。本文就膜片钳技术在晶状体细胞中的应用、晶状体离子通道的种类和特性及相关药物的研究进展作一综述。
Cataract is the leading cause of blindness. So far as the causes of cataract are not completely clear. It has been found that the membrane of lens cells contains many types of ion channels. These channels are very important for the maintenance of lens transparency. The widely using of patch clamp technique has greatly promoted our knowledge of ion channels .This article tries to review the newest progress of the researches on the patch clamp technique and its application to studying of lens cells, the kinds and the characteristics of ion channels, and the researches on the drugs relative to ion channels.
