摘要
目的 观察超抗原 (SAg)提升白细胞的作用。方法 对两种超抗原制剂进行了动物体内提升白细胞 ,体外增殖淋巴细胞实验以及对少量肿瘤患者的临床应用观察。结果 采用 4ng/ml以上注射剂量的SAg ,均可刺激小鼠体内白细胞的显著升高 (P <0 0 1)。 >5ng/ml剂量 ,可促进小鼠脾脏细胞及人外周血淋巴细胞的高度增殖。其效果较ConA (阳性对照 )更好。服用超抗原口服液 ,可提升正在进行放、化疗肿瘤患者外周血白细胞数量。结论 两种超抗原制剂对癌症放、化疗患者白细胞降低具有显著的保护作用。
Objective To Investigate the effects of super antigen products on promoting leukocytes. Methods The study was carried out in mouse for promoting leukocytes in vivo, for proliferating lymphocytes in vitro, and clinic initial application for some tumor cases for observing the effects resulting from the two products of super antigen. Results In vivo, the leukocytes were stimulated to increase by super antigen products at the dose of 4ng/ml or more(P<0 01), and the spleen cells and human peripheral blood lymphocytes were proliferated by super antigen products at the dose more than 5ng/ml, Which were better than the positive control (P<0 01). Peripheral blood leucocytes were increased with the super antigen oral intake for tumor cases with chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Conclusions Super antigen products have the protective effects for tumor cases with chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
