摘要
研究了以魔芋葡甘聚糖为原料的消毒湿纸巾制备工艺,对纸巾性能和消毒效果进行了评价。结果表明:当pH10、淀粉用量为精粉用量的2倍时,纸巾具有较好的柔软度和舒适度、保水性和吸水性,消毒纸巾作用1～2min,可杀灭大肠杆菌99.98%、金黄色葡萄球菌99.97%、人手自然菌群91.68%。
Study was made on the preparation process of disinfected humid paper-towel made of konjac glucomannan, and evaluation wasmade on both the paper-towel properties and its disinfection effect. The results show that, on the occasion of pH10 with starch addition twiceas much as konjac flour, the paper-towel presented better softness, comfort degree, water holding capacity and hydroscopicity. 1～2minaction of this disinfected paper-towel resulted in killing 99.98% escherichia coli, 99.97% staphylococcus aureus and 91.68% man handindigenous flora.
