摘要
目的：为寻找治疗烧伤创面的理想敷料。方法：将９０ 例烧伤病人随机分为治疗组１ 、治疗组２ 和对照组，用恩施州生产的魔芋加工成厚为１ｍｍ 、２ｍｍ 的生物膜分别用于治疗组１ 和治疗组２ 烧伤创面的治疗。对照组用凡士林纱布覆盖烧伤创面。结果：治疗组１ 和治疗组２ 的创面感染、早期创面微循环、需植皮的例数、创面愈合时间等情况均明显优于对照组。提示：由魔芋加工而成的生物膜是一种对烧伤创面疗效好、见效快、无毒副作用且经济实用的新型的理想敷料。
Purpose:To search ideal tectorial membrane in the treatment of the surface of burns.Methods:90 cases of burns were divided into treat group1 treat group 2 and control group at random.the treat groups were used biomembrane made in states of Enshi,Hubei Province.The thickness is 1 millimetre and 2 millimetre.The surface of burns was covered with vaseline gauze with control group.Results:The effect of the treatment vith this membrame was more remarkable than control group in the prevention of the surface infection,improvement of microcirculation and no grafting skin.Conclusions:It was considered that konjaku biomembrane was on effective,no siele effect,cheap,ideal dressing in treatment on burns.
