血中血小板源性内皮细胞生长因子与肝细胞癌相关性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨血小板源性内皮细胞生长因子(PD-ECGF)在肝细胞癌的生长及转移中的意义。方法 选择原发性肝癌(HCC)、慢性肝炎(CH)、肝硬化(HC)与正常对照组,采用ELISA法测定各组血浆PD-ECGF的浓度。结果 HCC组血浆PD-ECGF水平最高(515±186 pg/ml),t'检验表明与其它各组差异在统计学上有显著性意义(P<0.05)。t检验CH组(236±30 pg/ml)、HC组(248±26 pg/ml)与正常对照组(226±25 pg/ml)之间差异在统计学上无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论 血浆PD-ECGF水平可作为判断肝癌进展情况的一种标志物,对HCC的鉴别诊断、疗效观察有一定的指导性意义。 Objective To investigate the effect of the platelet-derived endothelial cell growth factor(PD-ECGF) in growth and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Methods The PD-ECGF plasma levels in patients with chronic liver disease were determined with the ELISA which included chronic hepatitis (CH) .hepato cirrhosis (HO, HCC patients and normal persons. Results The PD-ECGF plasma levels from HCC were the highest(515±186 pg/ml) in all groups,t' test showed a significant difference between HCC and other groups(P<0. 05). t test showed that no significant difference was found in the CH group(236±30 pg/ml). the HC group (248±26 pg/ml) and the normal controls (226±25pg/ml) (P> 0. 05). Conclusion The PD-ECGF plasma levels might be a tumor marker for progression in the patients with HCC and be used as a parameter of differential diangnosis and curative effect for HCC.
