摘要
血管生成对恶性肿瘤的发生、发展和预后至关重要。就血管内皮生长因子、血小板源性内皮细胞生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子等血管生成调节因子的研究进展进行综述 ,介绍了抗血管生成治疗肿瘤的现状和发展动向。
Angiogenesis is crucial in the occurrence,development and prognosis of neoplasm.This paper reviews the advance in the study of VEGF,PDECGF and bFGF,and introduces the status and future direction of anti angiogenesis therapy in tumor.
