摘要
简要回顾了20世纪90年代至今,温度影响下TRIP钢静态拉伸性能研究和发展的状况.对造成性能差异的几种因素做了分析和比较.并介绍了温度影响下低Si-TRIP钢动态拉伸性能的进展.试验结果显示:在50℃~80℃温度下低Si-TRIP钢可以获得较好的强塑性配合.
Effect of testing temperature on static tensile properties of TRIP steel is briefly reviewed since 1990's. Some factors, which influence the behavior of TRIPsteel,such as composition, structure and phase morphology also have been debated in non room temperature conditions. Experimental results preformed in high- speed tensile impact tester at home denote that good combination of strength and toughness can be achieved at the temperature range of 50℃-80℃ in the low Si-TRIP steel.
