摘要
在X195柴油机上建立以废气再循环、燃烧净化器加捕集器形成的ECPT系统。在发动机试验台架上测量了ECPT系统对柴油机排放 (主要是微料、NOX)的影响。试验结果表明 :在适当的废气容积比的情况下 ,ECPT系统很明显地降低了柴油机排气中微粒和NOX,解决了净化微粒和NOX 这一对不可调和的矛盾。
The ECPT System that includes the exhaust gas re-circulation combustion purifier and trap has been set up for the diesel engine X195. The emissions (soot and NO_X) have been tested on the engine. The results show that the soot and NO_X of engine can be decreased obviously and synchronously. The contradiction of purifying soot and NO_X has been solved.
