低温等离子技术在柴油机颗粒排放控制中的应用 被引量:18

Controlling PM Emission of Diesel Engine by Non-Thermal Plasma Trap

摘要 介绍了一种结构新颖的低温等离子碳烟颗粒捕捉器及试验结果。在韩国现代直列 4缸直喷式柴油机上的试验研究表明 ,该捕捉器能够在发动机广阔的转速和负荷范围内有效地控制其排气中的颗粒排放 ,中低负荷工况其效率高于 90 %。在美国道路试验工况 FTP- 75下 ,总效率可达 70 %以上。 A novel non-thermal plasma particulate trap is investigated in this study.With the trap,the PM emission from a diesel engine,D4BX,made by Hyundai Company,can be controlled to match the Korean Regulation of year 2000 over abroad operating condition.Under the most partial load and speed conditions,the trapping efficiency is higher than 90%.Test results under FTP-75 driving cycles show that more than 70% PM is trapped.
