摘要
通过金相分析及硬度检测 ,对GCr1 5钢汽车芯轴早期断裂进行了综合分析。结果表明 。
Based on the metallographic analysis and hardness testing,the early stage fracture of GCr15 steel axis of automobile pump has been studied.The results show that the intergranular cracking of GCr15 steel causes by the microstructure after overheating and quenching,as well as the grinding crack during machining.
