摘要
本文对西南地区目前在生产上正在使用的73份(次)玉米自交系进行了SSR分析。从96对引物中筛选到多态性较丰富的20对引物,利用其中的233、250、265、277、286、290等6个核心引物的指纹组合将供试自交系完全区分开来,构建了西南地区常用玉米自交系的DNA指纹图谱。实验表明,利用SSR技术进行玉米自交系鉴定是可行、有效的。
The polymorphism of 73 elite maize inbred lines widely used in Southwest China was analyzed with SSR marker system.Out of 96 pairs,twenty SSR primers,which gave stable and polymorphic amplification profiles,were selected.All of the materials could be discriminated by the combination of amplification products of 6 primers 233,250,265,277,286 and 290.A complete DNA fingerprinting was constructed.The experiment showed that SSR technique was practical and effective to identify maize inbreds.
