DCS为集散控制系统(DistributedControlSystem)的简称,应用于现代化生产,可提高自动化程度和集成各种信息,控制生产工艺。具有可靠性高、性能高、分散控制、集中监视管理的功能。该系统采用上下微机协调监控的控制方案,由PC监控站和现场控制站组成,对蒸馏工序实行自动控制,控制精度高,生产实践证明,该系统抗干扰能力强,运行稳定,用户界面友好,可在酒精行业推广应用。
DCS is the abbreviation of distributed control system and its ut il ization in modem manufacturing could promote automatiza-tion,integrate sorts o f information and control the production techniques.It has the advantages of hi gh reliability and high capability and it brings into play the functions of dece ntralized control coupled with centralized monitor and management simultaneousl y.The sys-tem,based on harmonious monitor principle od computers at different places,is composed of system engineer station and field control station.It c ould realize full automatie control on distillation and the precision of control is high.The manufacturing proved that the system had strong interference killi ng feature and worked stably and had friendly UI..Accordingly,it could be pop ularized in alcohol industry.
