摘要
非过程元素在造纸循环过程流中的富集有很大影响。探讨了非过程元素的来源 ,非过程元素在不同原料和未漂浆中的含量 ,非过程元素富集的原因 ,用螯合预处理的方法研究非过程元素对氧脱木素和纸浆粘度的影响 ,指出了Ca元素的大量存在对纸浆漂白有很大影响 。
The accumulation of Non Process Elements(NPEs) has a remarkable influence in process stream of paper mill.The sources of NPEs,the content of NPEs in different raw material and unbleached pulp are discussed.The reasons of accumulation of NPEs are also mentioned.The influence of NPEs on oxygen deligninfication and viscosity loss of bleached pulp are studied by using chelating treatment,pointing out that the existence of Ca play an important role in oxygen bleaching,at the same time,preparing for the further studies of NPEs.
