摘要
结合新形势思想政治教育工作的特点 ,尝试从思想政治教育内容的调整、辅导员心理学理论水平的提高以及语言艺术、是非评判水平方面作一些改进 。
The paper makes some inquires regarding the readjustment of the contents of ideological and political education by studying the features of the work of ideological and political education in the new situations. It discusses the possible ways of improving tutors' psychological theory,their use of language art and the value of judgment so as to achieve satisfactory results in the work of ideological and political education in tertiary schools.
