摘要
采用室温过量浸渍法制备了一系列超稳Y沸石负载的磷钨酸催化剂,详细考察了这类催化剂在萘的异丙基化反应中的催化性能,并与其它催化剂进行了比较。结果发现,超稳Y沸石负载10%的磷钨酸催化剂在433K的较低反应温度下具有较高的活性和选择性,其最佳活化温度为573K。使用过量的异丙醇和延长反应时间均使其转化率提高,而选择性仍然维持在较高水平。在相同的反应条件下,超稳Y沸石负载10%的磷钨酸较中孔分子筛MCM-41及SBA-15负载的磷钨酸催化剂具有更高的活性和相似的选择性。
Alkylation of naphthalene with isopropanol was investigated on ultr a stable Y (USY) zeolite supported 12-tungstophosphoric acid (PW) catalysts in hig h-pressure batch reactor.Comparative studies were also carried out on mesop orou s silica molecular sieves (MCM-41 and SBA-15) supported PW catalysts at the same reaction conditions as those for PW/USY catalysts.It was found 10%PW/USY with the activation temperature of 573 K exhibited higher catalytic activity than oth er PW/USY catalysts because of its larger acid amount and appropriate medium str ong acidity.Suitable reaction temperature was 433 K,and the molar ratio of na p hthalene,isopropanol and cyclohexane was 1/2/20.Compared with 40%PW/MCM-41 an d 50%PW/SBA-15,10%PW/USY exhibited higher catalytic activity with high selectivi ty.
