PW_(12)/AC催化剂在合成三聚甲醛中的催化性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 以活性炭为载体,浸渍磷钨酸制备负载型PW12/AC催化剂,考察了负载量、焙烧温度等与催化活性的关系,并用XRD,FT-IR,NH3-TPD等手段对催化剂的结构,杂多酸的分散度及酸性进行表征.结果表明:活性炭负载杂多酸催化剂具有较好的催化活性,当催化剂负载量在20%~60%范围内,催化剂上负载的磷钨酸均保持着Keggin结构,杂多酸负载量为50%为最佳负载量,此时反应速率最快.最佳焙烧温度为120℃. The supported PW12/AC was prepared by impregnation method for the synthesis of trioxane. The structure, dispersion state and acidity of the catalysts were characterized by XRD, FT-IR and NH3-TPD techniques. It was found that the PW12/C solid acid had the better catalytic performance for trioxane synthesis. The heteropoly acid PW12 supported on activated carbon was kept the structure of Keggin when its content was in the range of 20 %-60 %. The optimization reaction rate was obtained when the content of PW12 was 50 % and the catalyst was treated at 120℃.
