摘要
为临床选择激素难治性前列腺癌 (HRPC)的化疗方案提供参考 ,采用3 H -胸苷酸 (3 H -TdR)掺入法检测了 2 0例HRPC细胞对常用化疗药物的敏感性。HRPC对单药的敏感性依次为足叶乙甙 >阿霉素、5 -氟尿嘧啶、雌二醇氮芥 >长春花碱 >顺铂 ;两药联合可使敏感性进一步提高 ,依次为雌二醇氮芥 +足叶乙甙、5 -氟尿嘧啶 +阿霉素 >雌二醇氮芥 +长春花碱 >5 -氟尿嘧啶 +顺铂 ;三药联用抑瘤作用更强 ,雌二醇氮芥 +长春花碱 +阿霉素、5 -氟尿嘧啶 +阿霉素 +顺铂 >雌二醇氮芥 +长春花碱 +顺铂。对HRPC以联合化疗效果较好 , 3 H
To give reference to clinical chemotherapy scheme of hormone refractory prostate cancer (HRPC), 3H-TdR method was used to study the chemosensitivity to six chemical drugs in 20 cases of HRPC.The seguence of chemosensitivity to single drug was VP16>ADM,5-FU,EMP>VLB>DPP.Two drugs combination can elevate chemosensitivity,the seguence of which was EMP+VP16,5-FU+ADM>EMP+VLB>5-FU+DPP.Three drugs combination can improve chemosensitivity further,the segunce of which was EMP+VLB+ADM,5-FU+ADM+DPP>EMP+VLB+DPP.The combination chemotherapy might be suitable for HRPC. The 3H-TdR method might be helpful for the choice of clinical treatment plans.
