摘要
利用双抗体夹心法研制Ⅳ型胶原ELISA诊断试剂 ,检测血清中的Ⅳ型胶原。结果表明 ,标准曲线工作范围为 16 - 10 0 0ng/mL ,灵敏度可达 8ng/mL ,批内及批间变异系数小于 12 %。本法灵敏。
An ELISA of type IV collagen was developed by two antibody sandwish method.The results had shown that the working range of standard curve was 16-1000ng/mL,the sensitivity was 8ng/mL,and CVs of intra-and inter-assay were less than 12%.The ELISA of serum type IV collagen is sensitive, accurate and specific.It may play a role in clinical application for diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.
