摘要
在实验室对主要成分为黄连、黄柏、山楂、百部、女贞子等中药提取物的皮肤消毒剂进行了杀灭微生物效果观察,并进行了皮肤消毒效果现场试验。结果,以该剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用3min,对大肠杆菌作用1min,对白色念珠菌作用10min,杀灭率均达99.90％以上;有机物对该剂杀菌效果有一定影响;于54℃条件下放置14d,杀菌效果无明显变化。该消毒剂原液作用3min,对皮肤表面自然菌的杀灭率达90％以上。
The germicidal efficacy of a skin disinfectant mainly composed of extracts of Chinese drugs such as Rhizoma Coptidis, Cortex Phellodendri, Fructus Crataegi, Radix Stamonae and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi was observed in laboratory and field trial of its efficacy in disinfection of skin was carried out. The results showed that the killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans exposed to its stock solution for 3 min, 1 min and 10 min respectively were higher than 99.90%. Organic substance had certain influence on its germicidal efficacy. Its germicidal efficacy did not change obviously after storing at 54℃ for 14 days. Its stock solution with a 3 minute contact time killed over 90% of natural bacteria on skin surface.
