随着信息化建设步伐的加快,随着因特网资源的不断丰富,其功能、信息管理范围迅速扩展,人们的办公观 念和行为方式正在进行一场新的变革。作为先进技术最先应用的高校,更应快速构架自己的信息高速公路。
With the rapid development of information construction, the continuous richness of Internet resources and the rapid expansion of its functions and management scopes, the concept on office work and the pattern of behaviours are starting a new innovation. Colleges and universities, which apply for advanced technologies the earliest, should establish their own information super highway as soon as possible.
