摘要
本文根据高校OA的现状,结合当前的教育形势,从不同的角度剖析目前高校OA存在的问题,并提出新的实施策略,旨在探索通向适用于高校的成熟OA之路。
In the article, interms of the current situation of OA and the present situation in education, the OA problems existing in universities ＆ colleges are analyzed from different perspectives; In addition, new plans are worked out to pursue the development in OA to make it more suitable for universities ＆ colleges.
