摘要
目的 :改进阿莫西林颗粒制丸工艺 ,提高收率。方法 :采用筛选最佳粘合剂及最佳浓度 ,对工艺进行优化。结果 :经优化后的润湿剂可使制丸工序的中间体收率由原工艺的 75 %~ 84 %提高到 94 %以上。结论 :改进后的阿莫西林颗粒制丸工艺收率和生产效率明显提高 ,工艺可行。
Objective: To obtain a higher yield by improving the preparative technology of amoxicillin granules.Method: The optimization of technology was conducted. Result: The recovery of granule had been raised from 75% 84% to 94% after improvement of technology. Conclusion: The yield and efficiency of the improved technology are more available than the original technology.
