摘要 目的探讨喷昔洛韦的最佳合成工艺。方法对喷昔洛韦生产工艺中的原料和试剂选择、反应时间、温度等进行探索、改进。结果该工艺使用原料简单易得,合成路线短,反应条件温和,制备方法简便。结论该工艺收率较高,成本较低,三废少,适合于工业化生产。 Objective To study the optimal synthetic technique of penciclovir. Methods To search for and improve the choice of raw material and reagent, response time and temperature. Results The raw material for this technique is easy to get. The route of synthesis is short, the condition of response is gentle, and the preparative method is convenient. Conclusion This technique has higher yield, lower cost and fewer three wastes. So it is suitable for industrialized production.
