摘要
目的:评价沐舒坦治疗慢性阻塞性肺病患者咳嗽、咳痰的疗效及安全性。方法:观察40例慢性阻塞性肺病患者治疗前后咳嗽、咳痰(排痰难易程度、痰性状、痰黏度)等临床症状的变化。结果:(1)沐舒坦组治疗慢性阻塞性肺病临床症状、体征的临床疗效有效率为47.5％;祛痰作用为95％。患者在临床疗效、祛痰作用和综合临床评价等方面其治疗后积分都较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05)。(2)对部分病例观测了治疗前后肺功能的变化情况,有完整治疗前后肺功能检查病例22例(占55％),治疗后有效率为27.27％。结论:沐舒坦用于慢性阻塞性肺病咳嗽、咳痰的临床疗效明显,特别是痰液黏稠、排痰困难患者其祛痰疗效确切,使用安全,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective: We evaluate the effect and security of using mucosolvan to treat the cough and sputum in patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods; To assess the change of cough and sputum (difficulty of expectoration,sputum character, sputum viscosity after using mucosolvan. Results; (1)Efficiency rate in clinic symptom and sign is 47. 5% and in removing sputum is 95% after using mucosolvan. Post - treatment intergral is lower obviously than pre - treatment intergral in clinic curative effect, removing sputum and integrate clinic assess(P<0.05). (2) We study the change in lung function in some patients. There are 22 patients(55%) having finished lung function test before and after mucosolvan treatment. Efficiency rate is 27.27% in lung function after mucosolvan treatment. Conclusion:The curative effect in treating cough and sputum in chronic bronchitis is higher significantly after using mucosolvan, espicially in patients with sputum mucosity and thick, the curative effect of removing sputum was certain , mucosolvan is safety to patients, it may be used abroad.
