摘要
在高校教师党建工作中 ,由于申请入党教师在政治上成熟程度的差别 ,申请入党人员、入党积极分子、近期发展对象相应构成基础能级、进取能级、成熟能级三个层次 ,并分别具有不确定性、可塑性和稳定性三个特性。对申请入党的各能级教师 ,高校各级党组织应积极主动做好思想引导 ,保护其政治热情 ,并为其创造良好环境 。
Due to the differences in political maturity of the teachers who have applied for the admission to the Communist Party, the applicants, the activists and those who are to be admitted in the near future constitute three scales, that is, the basic scale, the enterprising scale and the mature scale. Each scale has its own feature--indefiniteness, plasticity and stability. For the teachers at each scale, the Party organizations at all levels in colleges and universities should initiatively carry out the ideological instructions, create a good environment and provide them with enough spiritual support so as to protect their political enthusiasm.
