摘要
变径稳定器是大位移井钻井的一种重要工具。介绍了变径稳定器的功能、分类、控制方式 ;以国外几种典型产品为例 ,介绍其工作原理、典型结构和重要参数 ,以及它们在钻井试验与施工作业中的应用情况和效果。并介绍了国内自行研制的正排量变径稳定器在QHD32 - 6 -A2 6井的现场试验和实钻应用情况。应用表明 ,所介绍的几种变径稳定器性能稳定 ,应用可靠 。
The variable diameter stabilizer is an important tool used in large extended reach drilling, and its functions, types and means of controlling were described in this paper. Taking several typical foreign products as examples, its working mechanism, typical structure and important specifications, as well as their applications and results in drilling tests and field operations were illustrated. A positive displacement variable diameter stabilizer was developed in China, and its field tests and real drilling applications in Well QHD32 6 A26 was presented. The results showed that this tool has stable and reliable performances.
