摘要
对正排量控制机构进行了深入分析,提出了2个重要不等式,以控制排量压力差和预紧力为变量,指出两者取值范围与活塞运动行程之间的对应关系,进而确定节流装置的结构参数和弹簧参数,并利用ADAMS软件分析了上述参数对机构工作性能的影响。分析结果认为,正排量控制机构的基本设计参数确定后,可通过调整节流口长度、节流口半径和弹簧刚度系数来获得满足机构工作要求的参数组合;当节流口半径和长度确定时,活塞行程随着弹簧刚度的增大而缩短;设计弹簧时,应根据不同的变形要求利用ADAMS设计相应的目标函数以确定其原始长度。
An in-depth analysis of the positive displacement control mechanism was conducted and two important inequalities were formulated. The control displacement pressure difference and pre-tightening force were taken as variables. The corresponding relation between the value range of both of them and the piston motion displacement was pointed out. Then, the structural parameters and spring parameters of the throttling device were determined. The ADAMS software was used to analyze the effect of the above parameters on the operating performance of the mechanism. The analysis indicates that after the basic design parameters of the positive displacement mechanism are determined, the parametric combination that satisfies the operating requirement of the mechanism can be ob- tained by regulating the throttle length, throttle radius and the rigidity coefficient of the spring. When the throttle radius and length are determined, the piston displacement decreases with the increase of spring rigidity. In desig- ning the spring the corresponding objective function should be designed through the ADAMS software according to different requirements so as to determine its original length.
