The synthesis of aromatic ethers under microwave irradiation

摘要 微波辐射下 ,酚与硫酸二甲酯或溴乙烷在碱性溶液里合成芳香醚的反应 10～ 2 0min即可完成 。 A new synthetic method for aromatic ethers is reported.The etherification of phenols was carried out with dimethyl sulfate or ethane bromide in basic solution under microwave irradiation.The reactions could be completed within 10～20 min giving good yields.
