摘要
在微波辐射下,以对苯二酚、氢氧化钠和氯化苄为原料,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂合成了莫诺苯宗。采用单因素实验法,考察了反应物的摩尔比、微波辐射功率和辐射时间等对莫诺苯宗收率的影响。实验结果表明:当n(氯化苄):n(对苯二酚):n(氢氧化钠)=1:1.4:1.4、DMF15mL、微波辐射功率为320W、辐射时间为60s时,莫诺苯宗的收率为63.79%。
Using hydroquinone, sodium hydroxide and benzyl chloride as main materials, the N, N-dimethyl formamide (DMF) as solvent, hydroquinone monobenzyl ether was synthesized by microwave radiation. By a single factor test, effects of reactants ratio, microwave power and irradiation time etc. on reaction were studied. Optimal reaction conditions were n (benzyl chloride) : n(hydroquinone) : n(sodium hydroxide) = 1 : 1.4 : 1.4, DMF 15mL, microwave power 320W and irradiation time 60s, yield of hydroquinone monobenzyl ether reached 63.79%.
